The high-efficiency maintop with 4 brass burners features a dual ring 19,000 BTU power-burner that boils water in under 6 minutes (best in class), and 3 additional MonoBloc burners of variable size and power to suit every style of cooking, with delicate simmer at 750 BTUs.
The 4.7 cubic feet oven cavity is the largest in its class, with dual convection fan for balanced airflow and even temperature baking and roasting on 7 shelf levels. The elegant large temperature gauge monitors the actual temperature in the oven. The extra wide infrared gas broiler is ideal for grilling and searing at high heat.
The soft-close oven door with edge-to-edge tempered glass is a masterpiece of European engineering and makes the oven door very easy to wipe clean. Convenient smooth-glide telescopic racks on 2 levels help loading and unloading the oven.
All Bertazzoni appliances are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Modelled on commercial grade cast iron contour grates, the maintop offers a larger and more stable cooking surface. High-efficiency maintop and digital food probe
Bertazzoni engineers have worked to design a highly efficient worktop by reducing the flame-to-cookware distance for faster heating. More lateral space has been created between the burners so you can use larger cookware more effectively. This digital thermostat and user interface make cooking a large variety of dishes at exactly the right temperature simple. It constantly monitors the temperature at the heart of the dish and adjusts the oven temperature automatically for even cooking and perfect results every time.
